Thank you for choosing Primewear as your preferred garment supplier. These terms and conditions govern the use of our services and the purchase of our garments on a business-to-business (B2B) basis. By placing an order with us, you acknowledge and accept these terms and conditions in full. Please read them carefully before proceeding.

  1. Order Placement and Onboarding

1.1 Retailers must complete the onboarding process by submitting the required onboarding form. The form should be filled out accurately and completely, providing all necessary information. Any mismatch or incomplete information may result in rejection of the retailer’s application.

1.2 Upon successful onboarding, the retailer will be granted access to our online platform and other applicable resources. Retailers are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of their login credentials.

1.3 All orders must be placed through our designated channels. We reserve the right to reject any order at our discretion.

  1. Product Purchase and Returns

2.1 Primewear garments are sold in sets, and retailers are required to purchase items in the specified set quantities. Individual items within a set cannot be purchased separately.

2.2 Once an order is placed and confirmed, it is considered final and non-returnable, except in cases where the garments are damaged. Damaged garments may be returned within [insert time period, e.g., 7 days] of delivery. Retailers must notify us immediately upon discovering any damage and provide appropriate documentation (e.g., photographs) as evidence.

2.3 Returns for damaged garments will be processed as per our standard return procedure. Replacement or refund options will be determined on a case-by-case basis.

  1. Pricing, Payments, and Delivery

3.1 The pricing of our garments is subject to change without prior notice. Retailers will be informed of any price updates or promotions through our designated communication channels.

3.2 Retailers are responsible for the timely payment of all orders. Payment terms and methods will be agreed upon during the onboarding process.

3.3 Orders will be processed and shipped within a reasonable timeframe, as determined by Primewear. Retailers will be provided with an estimated delivery date at the time of order confirmation. However, delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.

  1. Intellectual Property

4.1 All intellectual property rights, including trademarks, logos, and designs, displayed on our garments and platforms, are the property of Primewear. Retailers are prohibited from using, reproducing, or modifying any of our intellectual property without prior written consent.

  1. Limitation of Liability

5.1 Primewear shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with the use of our garments or services.

5.2 In no event shall Primewear’s total liability exceed the total amount paid by the retailer for the specific order giving rise to the claim.

  1. Modification of Terms
